Is "The Sensual World" a specific reference?

I mean, in the same sense that "Wuthering Heights" is.  The reason
I ask is that:
	1. The song refers to "stepping off the page.."
	2. The pose on the cover photo is very like a picture
	   I've seen of Yukio Mishima (shoulders-up, bare torso,
	   flower held up over the mouth).  Presumably, there
	   is a famous story/illustration/photo that both photos
	   were based on..
