tom coleman asks about some KaTe items:

bird in the hand - a transfer of the hammersmith odeon film that is in poor
stereo. not a recommended purchase unless you can't find the video and you
can't find _KaTe bush: live_ which is a cd transfer of the japanese laserdisc
of the same show.

cathy's album too - the rest of the cathy demos not on _cathy's album_ (ex-
cepting "organic acid"). this is a good buy (tm) since it completes the set
of demos (as we know it now) and also features the demos from the tki sessions,
including the otherwhere unavailable "scares me silly".

"experiment iv" 12" - if you are buying the box set, don't bother. if you are
not, consider it. this has the long version of "experiment iv", the new vocal
of "wuthering heights" (also found on _the whole story_) and "december will
be magic again".

someone asks about rec.music.4ad:

um - don't bother. there already is a mailing list for the label. you can join
it by sending the following line to <listserv@jhuvm.bitnet>:

	sub 4ad-l <your full name>

and you can post to it by sending mail to <4ad-l@jhuvm.bitnet>. i really feel
that special interest groups devoted to single artists or a small group of
artists should not have their own newsgroup (KaTe included, but i guess it's
a bit too late to stop that from happening).

tippi: thanks for clearing up that bit with the possible canadian pressing
of the box set - i was getting real confused about where it might be appear-
ing and this is one less piece of the puzzle - though it is disheartening
that the set might not be gotten somewhat less cheaply than having to import
it from the uk...perhaps ied and derek should write a nice long letter to
rykodisc and see what they think of an american pressing of a KaTe KolleKTion
(kudos to vickie for that idea).
