Okay...it's been a while since I've played, but it goes like this.

You know basic Tag?  One person is "It" and s/he chases everyone else around 
until s/he catches everyone (by touching them)...
Well, in Freeze Tag, the person who is touched must stand still, but they 
can be set free by the touch of anyone else who can still move.
Whatever...
