Apologies for stating the obvious, but KT is pronounced "Katy".  An
interesting (or perhaps extremely boring) question is therefore whether Ms
Bush has prefered to be known as Katy, Cathy and Kate (and maybe Catherine
too) at different times in her life (or to different people)?
