KaTe Laserdiscs? Where?

Could someone please post a comprehensive list of all KaTe material that is
available?  In theory, The_Whole_Story and Live_At_The_Hammersmith_Odeon are
available on laserdisc as imports from Japan.  I say in theory because I've
had them on order since December 1989.  I heard that The_Sensual_World will
be released on laserdisc as well.  Does anyone know more about these discs
(and hopefully) other KaTe discs as well?  What is the quality like?  And,
most importantly, where can I get them in less than a year?  Any and all
help is desperately wanted.  I would also like to know where I can lay my
hands on CD singles of KaTe (a rare item in North Carolina).  As a matter of
fact, I would be happy to find out where to get most any KaTe item.
