Subject: FINAL LIST (IED hopes)--NOTE CHANGES
To: Love-Hounds From: Andrew Marvick Subject: FINAL LIST (IED hopes)--NOTE CHANGES Here is the latest, and IED hopes definitive, list of people requesting copies of--and people offering to _make_ copies of--the _Cathy_Demos_ etc. tape. WARNING: The deadline has now PASSED. If you missed it, don't send in your request now--it will be ignored. Rather, try wheedling a single copy from someone else on the list through personal and very polite personal e-mail request. TAKE NOTE: Only the numbers assigned to people on THE EDITION BELOW count. DISREGARD the number you were assigned on earlier lists. Some changes in numbering have had to be made in order that the new people offering to _make_ copies actually _receive_ a copy with which to make them! So those people have been booted up on the list, necessarily displacing a few people down a few notches. If you are a victim, please try to understand the logistical problems that have necessitated this slight rearrangement--the purpose is simply to enable everyone to get a copy as soon as possible. Another warning: all those who rushed ahead and sent off their blank cassettes to someone expecting to get their orders in first may be disappointed to discover that their places on the list have now changed, and consequently the person to whom the blanks were so swiftly sent off are not the ones assigned to make your copies. This is an unfortunate possibility for which IED accepts partial blame--although with a project as chancy and makeshift as this one has been such people probably should have been a little more patient and cautious before committing their packages to the post. If something like this happens to you, pray that your blank tape is returned; then if it is, re-mail it to the right person. IED also apologizes for the untold expense this repeated posting of names is causing the system and your accounts. With luck everyone with any interest will SAVE this list for their files, so that IED can merely refer to it for whatever reason in future. -- Andrew Marvick * * * BOB THADEN's section (nos. 1-25) should send tapes to him at: 4605 Cliffstone Cove Austin, TX 78735 (512) 892-4454 after 7:00 cdt 1. From now on it will be left UP TO THEM to find someone on the list to make a dub of their dub for them. This list has reached its ABSOLUTE LIMIT. 115.
