I have similar questions about Severed Heads, since they're from Sydney.  Are
they well liked (or even well known) in Oz and Enzed?  Any theories as to why
they didn't appear on the list?  (Or perhaps they did and I just missed it.)
Perhaps the answer to my first question will also answer the second.
