There are no domestic Kate CDs in Canada (not yet, anyway).  Capitol
Records - EMI of Canada imports all of her CDs from the USA, with
the exception of Never for Ever which comes from the UK.  Take note,
those who want to replace their US copy.  (Hounds of Love has printed
matter from the USA but the CD itself is made in Japan.)

On track boundaries: my (UK) copy of The Dreaming puts the beginning
of Night of the Swallow at the very end of the fade-out from The
Dreaming, just before the vocal begins.  I consider the real beginning
of the song to be where the player shows 4:07 into The Dreaming.
