Mutha Records is pleased to announce the release of their first compilation
compact disc, entitled "Bands Only A Mutha Could Love". This venture, produced
by Mark "The Mutha" Chesley and Richard Riegler, is now available via mail
order.

"Bands Only A Mutha Could Love" (MUTHA 033-CD) plays over 73 minutes and
includes 31 bands from North America and Europe. Ten American states, three
Canadian provinces and five European countries are represented. The CD contains
37 programs of rock, hardcore, metal, oi, industrial, performance art, and a
light sprinkle of psychedelia. Four of the bands have previously recorded
with Mutha Records.

"This CD is definitely the best and biggest Mutha of 'em all", affirms Chesley,
whose 33rd release marks Mutha Records' debut on the digital format. "The
programmability, fidelity and capacity of CD make it the ideal media for such
a compilation", adds Riegler. The twelve-page booklet includes mailing 
addresses for all the bands and lyrics to most of the songs.
