Hello.  Well, according to me, and a few other people, this is the scoop.

HOL was made in UK and US markets.  The only differences are physical, in
the presentation of the booklets.  The disk were both made in Japan, and I
beleive they are both ADD.  If you look carefully, there are a couple of 
mistakes on the American inside cover.  I suspect they just gooffed on the AAD
on it.
A friend and I tested out the two versions of the disk, and could notice no
noticable differences, so we feel they are as the labelling on the disk itself 
says.
