Subject: Who is Keith Relf?

I have a compilation called `Electric Sugar Cube Flashbacks' (Archive
International Productions AIP 10008). The dedication on it reads:
Dedicated to Syd Barrett, Marc Bolan, Keith Relf,
and Sandoz Laboratories.
Now the others I am well aware of; but if any L-Hers know who
Relf is and/or what he did, I would like to know.
(By the way, the compilation is pretty good, but not as good in
my view as the `Chocolate Soup for Diabetics' series.)
