so wait a minute.  are you trying to say that there are NO copies of d&w to
be had ANYWHERE with both "life begins at the hop" and "making plans for
nigel" on them?
my copy of d&w (which is either US or a canadian import; i don't have it with
me to check) has both songs on it.
