Anyone out there know where I can find the lyrics inclusive-or sheet music
for "In High Places" from the *Crises* album?

Concerning vocabulary, I refer everyone to one of the jokes in
*Asimov's Treasury of Humor* (it's toward the end)--the one with the
punch line "What do you think we did, you fucking jerk?  We had sexual
intercourse."
