Net.Music & Net.Singles, etc...

How is it possible for a non-USENET site to get NET.MUSIC
and NET.SINGLES?  I have been told that I must have them
forwarded to me by someone on USENET since they are not
mailing lists...   SO...is it possible for someone out there
to forward them to me, or tell me of a way to get them?
