They're most certainly in existence.  They're a VERY political band out of
San Francisco (Jello Biafra, their lead singer, garnered a not insignificant
number of votes in the last SF mayoral election).

This is, of course, presented with the assumption that a trap isn't baited for
the overeager and naive...
