Other strangeness: The CD claims that the Tennyson quote is from "The
Holy Grail" and the album claims that it is from "The Coming of Arthur".
Which is right?

Also, there is a credit on the album to "Peter Reich".  If you know who
Peter Reich is, you will understand one of the songs on the album that
would otherwise be totally cryptic.  You might also be able to answer
one of my bonus questions....
