In case someone hasn't noticed, there is one line in the `acknowledgements'
on the album sleeve (lyric sheet) that does not appear in the CD booklet. 
After the line "Makeup Clayton Howrad" on the lyric sheet there's the line

  A big woof to Bonnie & Clyde

Presumably these are the names of the two cute things Kate held in her arms 
on the cover.  As to why this line is left out in the CD, I don't have
any ideas.
