I have the UK-cd and it's clearly visible on my copy. A third of it has 
been cut away, though. It's visible about 3cm down on the right hand
edge.

Wow! I didn't know about any vinyl copies. Where can one get one?
I only managed to find it on cd and I'd really love to get it on
vinyl as well, just because of the pics. Does anybody know an
online store that stocks it?
