the bootlegs from germany (which were as imports quasi-legal to sell
in the us) that used to be available from cdnow were simply entitled
"this woman's work" vols 1, 2, 3 and 4.  1 and 2 are essentially the
same as the ones the came in the box set, with an addition or two.  3
has The Red Shoes era b-sides, and 4 has live stuff.
