The six covers are:


1.  the "eyeball-n-kite" cover   (UK, europe)
2.  the "country-western-girl-in-a-wooden-box" cover (US)
3.  the "vogue-or-Oh-my-aching head" cover  (US and Canada)
4.  the "pink-leotard" cover  (Japan)
5.  the "white-dress-wuthering-heights-video" cover  (Yugolsavia)
6.  the "bad-reproduction-of-the-pink-leotard" cover (Uruguay)


The last 2 are quite rare, especially the Uruguay cover.
