About a year ago I saw an ad in Goldmine magazine
magazine for a 'Cathy' book and it's price was
$100 US.  Several gaffan wrote me and said it is
indeed one of the rarest Kate items.   None of
the gaffans said what a 'fair' price was since
they don't come up for sale publicly.
