I'm going to go WAAAAY out on a limb and speculate with no basis in fact.

Seeing as how there've been posts about Kate and the Young Ones working
together, there's an episode of the YOung Ones where Vyvyan's mother flips
him off and say "Up yours ugly!"  Its the only time I can recall that
phrase ever being uittered.

Of course it could also just show what a sheltered life I lead..
