No, Kate wasn't part of Band Aid, or We are the World. Neither was Tori Amos, for that matter... BUT Kate did take part in one of those group sing-a-longs - it's called "Spirit of the Forest" I have a US 12" of this project, and I'm not sure what other formats are available.
