I got that from a TV journal, it was just one line saying
16:00 Cafe  -  with Kate Bush

There's no VH-1 in my cable. Actually I never have seen it and can't say
if that announcement means more than "a Kate video will be played".

they have a german web site at http://www.vh1.de/  (with frames)
no information about Kate there either.
