Dear Love-Hounds!

I am currently doing research at the University of Warwick into the female
audience for popular music. My PhD thesis is entitled "The Female Audience
for Popular Music: The Construction of Gender and Identity" and will
examine the ways in which women use music and its performers as a means to
build their gendered identities. Within this general framework I'm
focusing on Kate Bush and would therefore like to hear from all Kate Bush
fans.

For this purpose I have designed a questionnaire which I would like to
distribute amongst Kate Bush fans. I would appreciate your assistance with
this. 

First of all, could you tell me approximately how many fans (both male and
female) are on your mailing list. And secondly, would it be possible for
me to distribute my questionnaire through e-mail?
