New Fan

Hello,
I guess I shouldn't say I'm a "new" fan. I've actually been listening to
her music for about three years now.  When I came upon this board I
decided to write a line or two.  I'm afraid I don't know too much about
Kate, but I find her quite intriguing.
I really enjoy an artist who goes out on a limb in terms of experimenting
with all kinds of music. To me, her songs are like mini musicals.  I
recently purchased Common Ground, and haven't been able to stop playing
that beautiful song Kate sings in Gaelic.  It's so moving and enchanting. 
Perhaps someone can suggest some books or videos so I can learn more about
her.  Also, is there any possibility of a tour?  I once heard a rumour
that she has a fear of flying.
