"Wow, you like Kate Bush? Are you a fan? Gosh! I just heard she has a new album coming out soon!" and suchlike. And in fact, on one occasion she actually *did* have a new album coming out... Perhaps Natalie has been the victim of the proverbial "disgruntled employee," frustrated by the constant Kate-boosting of his coworkers and lashing out at the first available target?
