I vacationed in Vancouver about 8 years ago and I found a variety of KB
songbooks in a music store. 

That was 8 years ago, but I bet you can still find stuff like that there.
I also found a cassette of an EP up there that had "Infant Kiss" and
"Don't Fly Away" in French on it.
