I saw a couple of copies, roughly three months ago, while on a CD shopping
trip in London.  The larger HMV on Oxford Street (near Berwick Street) had
a copy for the incredible amount of 175 pounds, and Virgin on Oxford Street
had a copy for 100 pounds.  These may well have been sold by now, but copies
do exist out there somewhere.  Good luck finding one :-)
