Brotherly Love

My older brother and family came down from babooshkaland for the
Thanksgiving holiday.  On Friday I cranked up the VCR, kicked any Kate
defilers out of the room, and for several hours Ed and I sat watching
Kate vids; TLTCTC and LH COL 1&2 (thanks again Elizabeth!).  For a
break I put a Sarah McLachlin vid on, but after about 15 minutes Ed (who
also likes Sarah) ejected it and put Kate back on. He even sat thru part
of that horrid interview.  At one point he turned to me and asked, "Has
Kate ever been married?". When I told him all she had was that relation-
ship with Del, he just murmered, "What a f%$›ing waste!" and sank back
into the sofa to watch and listen...........

I have a few blank videotapes to buy, 'cause I know this year for once
EXACTLY what to give my brother for Christmas.
