That was a page in Vox 11/93. They're distorted (from DIN A4 to square) 
and look a bit strange in the CD package.

Yes, I think the booklet pictures are all from the 1993 "Q" interview.
The "Blue Moon" CD also seems to be the most common home demo boot.

Oops, that should read "No human would object..." :-)
AFAIK she never addressed that point in public. I've only heard an
interview where a phone caller asked whether she would release this 
material one day, and she answered with a friendly, but firm "no".
But I think making a copy of the home demos for non-profit isn't
"worse" than recommending to buy a bootleg CD.

The title song makes a fine example. And IMHO it doesn't need all the
