On the recording I have, there's a big "SMACK" noise that sounds like Kate closing the piano door at the end of some of the songs. However, lyrically and vocally these recordings are amazing. They contain some of the most fascinating songs. Many times I have wondered why she never did a studio recording of "Craft of Love","Stranded at the Moonbase","Hot in the Ice" and others. The vocals are relaxed and beautiful. IMHO the singing is better than some of TKI. ScottWeb scwebb@npi.net
