ok, I'll try:

cons:
	negative experiences from her first tour:
	- Bill Duffield's death
	- exhaustion
	- no financial profit

	- she would need to put a new band together
	- it's hard to top her first show (if she wants that at all)
	- some songs would have to be rearranged (e.g. The Big Sky - 
	  no jets allowed at most venues ;-)
	- she wants to break Steely Dan's 19-years-not-touring record,
	  so a tour won't take place before 1999

pros:
	- She wants to do live dates. At least that's what she said on various 
	  occasions from 1980-1993.
	- Money. Not directly, but a tour would increase album sales.
	- A lot of fans want to see her live, and she knows that.

hey, there should be more pros...
