I don't know the story, but it reminds me of how the album-with-no-
title-song on it fooled someone in the promotional department of
EMI America. When they finally decided to release Lionheart and
Never For Ever in America, along the promotional items made were
"flats," which are sheets that (usually) depict the cover, and
used in record stores to help sell the album. The flats for NFE
all said "Featuring the hit single, 'Never For Ever'" <snort>
