Kate Videos

Hi all,
I'm also wondering where to get Kate videos.  Someone posted that he
had a video with many of Kate's TV apperances.  Where in the U.S. do
you find such a treasure?  I've got "The Red Shoes" and was able to rent
"The Whole Story", but haven't seen anything else.
