I could here this quite clearly. They say it again a second time but
much less distinct than the first one. After that they seem to chant
"Get out of the water" a couple of times, but I could be imagining
this as there is a lot of background music by this time.

This isn't actually too difficult. With a little knowledge of sound
processing and either a good sound editor or reasonable programming
skills it is perfectly possible. I used the sound editor method of
listening to the songs instead of ever making a Dreaming Plug and I
may get round to writing the program if I ever finish Uni and get rid
of all these damn assignments.
