This does NOT work for me. Why doesn't it work for me? I know it's not
working because I made a Dreaming Plug once and heard the way it sounds.
Unfortunately, when I made the plug and then tried to pull it out of the
jack, most of the tape got left inside it. My boyfriend, whose stereo I
was using, was standing right next to me, saw this, and freaked out. He
made me dig out all the itty, bitty bits of gummed up tape. I was there
with the tweezers for half an hour! Then, I couldn't get what was left off
of my headphone plug. It's STILL sticky. So I hesitate to do it again.
Sad sad sad. :( I'm wondering if I could use a little bit of paper
instead. I'm afraid that may be too thick. I really had to force just the
taped plug in, and I had even used Scotch tape because it's so thin. Does
anyone have a suggestion for an even thinner tape?
