The good news is Fruitopia has a new flavor (maybe two), and a whole new look for their bottles. The bad news is they still don't get it. Why is that good news? Well, maybe they'll run some new commericals. And maybe, just maybe, there'll be some new Kate music to go with them! The flavor I tried was "Banana Vanilla" somethingorother. I'm convinced Fruitopia was invented by folks who, as kids, used to pour sugar on their Cap'n Crunch with Crunchberries. First of all, next to water, high fructose corn syrup is STILL the most prevelant ingredient! Second, there is no vanilla in it. Third, it doesn't even TASTE like Vanilla - there is orange juice in it, and you can taste the orange juice - why not just call it "Banana Orange" somethingorother? Finally, as with most Fruitopia drinks, it's much, much, MUCH too sweet. Why add sweetener to Bananas, for god's sake!?!? At least they pretty much got rid of those psuedo-new-age quotes... - Stev0 the bitter almond "Let's tell them we LIKE the name "Grape Beyond"!" "Yeah! And let's say we would only drink it if it's MUCH sweeter!" "And let's say we'd be more likely to buy a beverage if the commercials had Kate Bush music!" - What the focus group said when the marketers left the room
