We can speak as we will. We can listen to what we please.
We say we don't want the government to decide but can
we really decide for each other?

Manners and opinion: interesting forces. Some have
the first and we all have the second. If people want to
compare Kate and Tori, let them. Flaming can be ugly,
but like the art of insult, it seems to have an entrenched
place in human culture and certainly on the Internet.
Shall we judge for our children what we cannot judge
for ourselves? Shall we remember that in all acts,
there is karma? And still have fun?

What I've heard of Tori which admittedly isn't a lot
is good music and good songs. I bought the album
because of the flame war on CTS. As Tallulah Bankhead
said, "... as long as they're talking." The reviews of
her music are good and she is making a dent in pop
culture. Kate has made her own place, has her own
dent, and no one will ever take those away from her.
No one is trying.

IMO, Kate can kick Tori's butt. OTH, Tori is gaining. ;-)
