First, KT stands for Katie.
Second, before The Kick Inside, Kate was in a band called KT Bush Band. This
    band had a couple of gigs in London and was her backing band for a while
    after The Kick Inside as well.         ___
Third, there's the KT symbol (looking like  |< ). This was originally the
    Knights Templar symbol, but now (at least for Katefans) is Kate's symbol,
    or also the logo of the Kate Bush Club. You can find the KT symbol on
    all of her Enlish album releases on vinyl (and some other releases as
    well. See the FAQ for more details).
