i wouldn't say that she's already peaked... true, TRS is a step down from 
The Dreaming, HoL, and the Ninth Wave, and in a lesser extent, to TSW, 
but that doesn't mean she's finished.  a lot of artists come out with a 
great album, a not-so-great album, and then another great one (Jane 
Siberry for example - *No Borders Here* was great, *The Walking* was 
decent, and *When I Was a Boy* was great again.)

of course, i'm not expecting her next album (when and if it ever comes 
out) to be as good as *The Dreaming*, but that's hard to beat...
