Kate's housing habits

Dear fellow fans,

With the topic of moving :-) getting attention, does anybody have a clear 
understanding of where Kate has lived at various points of time?  I know, for 
example, that she resided in a flat somewhere in Lewisham quite some time 
ago. Do we know when she moved in/moved out, and is the exact location (i.e. 
address) of the building in question known? Are there other significant homes 
one should know about? Hell, I'm not exactly sure what to make of East 
Wickham Farm. Obviously she grew up there (and has a studio somewhere on 
the properties), but, other than that, to what extent has she lived there?
