... at least for European satellite/cable TV watchers Hi! First the good news: 3SAT (German/Austrian/Swiss satellite/cable TV channel) program: Monday, October 9th, 20:15 - 21:00 (CET): Kate Bush: The Line, The Cross and the Curve (Videomaerchen, GB 1993 Gesamtkunstwerk aus Musik, Tanz u. Pantomime) [Video fairy tale, GB 1993 all-in-one work of art made out of music, dance and mime] [I'm curious wether they'll show the original, the original plus subtitles, or even a completely translated version...] And then the even better news: 3SAT program: Monday, October 9th, 22:30 - 0:00 (CET): Bio's Bahnhof (Musik und Gespraeche mit Alfred Biolek Zu Gast: Kate Bush, Folies Parisiennes, Renate Goebel, Hubert und Kaethe Heyne, Vicky Leandros, Udo Lindenberg und anderen [SIC! - should say 'andere']) (Nostalgischer Rueckblick auf das Jahr 1978: Damals empfing Alfred Biolek Stars wie Kate Bush, Udo Lindenberg und Vicky Leandros zum Plausch) [Music and talk with Alfred Biolek Guests: Kate Bush, Folies Parisiennes, Renate Goebel, Hubert and Kaethe Heyne, Vicky Leandros, Udo Lindenberg and others] [Nostalgic look back to the year 1978: at that time Alfred Biolek received stars like Kate Bush, Udo Lindenberg and Vicky Leandros for a cosy chat] Remember that this was the very very first TV appearance of Kate Bush anywhere at all. And let's hope they'll show both titles and the interview inbetween, because one of the songs (Wuthering Heights) with a part of the interview was rebroadcast a while ago, but the other song and the rest of the interview wasn't (as far as I know), so these aren't available in too good quality. Bye, Uli -- "Ein 32-Bit-Betriebssystem fuer uns?" - "Wozu? Wir haben doch zwei mit 16." [IBM ad promoting OS/2] "Bah, ich habe 4 mit 8!" [comment from Sven Wachter]
