To me this sounds good, but I'd probably write the filter to allow
anyone not on the list to get their message cropped at (say) 20 or
30 lines. So we'd all get:
	...
	Hello I'm Janet Dove <blah blah>
	[Love-Hounds filter: 200 line message truncated - unregistered]

In fact, if someone sends me a copy of what (I assume a shell script)
processes rec.music.gaffa I know I can do changes to do this (if it's
a UNIX system), not trying to boast or anything but I am an excellent
efficient/effective shell script or C programmer. I believe I could do
this and turn it back to you in a couple of hours (assuming I'm not
in bed when it's sent to me, and it isn't too obfuscated)!
