If you are using UNIX, 'less' will let you use '/^From' to skip to the
next message.  'less' is also available under dos.  If you can't find
'less', try 'more', but I'm not sure 'more' under dos will not let you use
regular expressions.  Try setting the shell variable 'PAGER' to 'less' and
see if that works( under UNIX).
