Happy Katemas!

Hi all,

Just wishing all lovehounds/gaffans a happy Katemas.  I
will be on vacation for the next two weeks and am unsubscribing
in order to avoid a mailbox explosion.

Small plug:  for those gaffans going to the New Jersey (I think)
Katemas party who are also invited to see Boiled in Lead:  do it!
I saw them Wednesday night at Johnny D's in Somerville, MA, and
they were outstanding!  They played a short accoustic set, followed
by a longer electric set, and they incorporate elements of several
musical genres, including Irish folk (awesome fiddler!), rock, blues,
and country, all delivered at breakneck speed.  Excellent, fun,
wonderful-- great music, great dancing.  I recommend it highly.
