Unfortunately this excellent book is the only book containing anything like
it. All other sheet music books with Kate tunes are only piano, guitar, vocals
or even a subset of these. Nothing as elaborate as your book.

Besides that, sheet music for almost all Kate Bush songs (all official songs
up to Experiment IV including B-sides, as well as everything on The Sensual
World and The Red Shoes) are somehow available somewhere. The first batch
in a book called Kate Bush Complete, the other two in their album's sheet
music books. Most (if not all) other albums had their sheet music books as
well, and in addition to that there are some more 'best of' or 'excerpts'
or single songs available.

Be prepared to search a long, long while if you plan to collect them - the
older ones are *WAY* out of print.
