Do you mean "December Will Be Magic Again"?  If so, this is a 
special release Christmas single which was available as a single 
release only (i.e. not on any album).  It's recently available on 
the "This Woman's Work" box set.  That's the only place you can 
currently get it - unless you can find somebody with an original 
single willing to part with it... :->
