The office phone number is (914) 679-4728, and the fax number is
(914) 679-4760.  I don't think they take credit cards though, so
you might want to know that in advance.

If you're in or near London, HMV on Oxford Street carries Happy's CDs,
in (wrongly) the "H" section in the regular rock/pop section, rather
than imports.  

Most Tower Records in America carry Happy, but I don't think they've
shown up in overseas Towers yet.

You might also try PastelBlue, an online music service in the UK.
