Hmmm... ;-). You do mean the Josh Kirby picture used in the UK editions? And
you say "footnoteS", is there more than one? I only know the one in Eric,
mentioning old Kate Bush albums as one of the ways matter pops up into existence.

On the other hand, I remember having been told by someone that, questioned
about this, Terry said that he wasn't a fan of Kate. But maybe we should ask
him directly, take a look in alt.fan.pratchett - he's posting there.
